DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For orders within India, Xodo offers complimentary 3-5 day standard shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Xodo does not currently offer shipping outside of India. We hope to roll out this feature soon so stay tuned!

LOST PACKAGE

Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Xodo is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier. If you have any additional questions or require further assistance, please contact xodopremium@gmail.com.

Returns and Exchanges
  1. Return Policy
    • Items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • To process a return for damaged items, you must provide a 360-degree unpacking video clearly showing the issue.
  2. Exchange Policy
    • We offer exchanges for size issues.
    • If you received the wrong size due to our error, an exchange will be provided free of charge.
    • If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange the item on a chargeable basis, subject to stock availability.
    • If the requested size for an exchange is unavailable and you ordered the wrong size, we cannot process a return or exchange.
